- Government ID: Aadhaar number (optional — for welfare scheme eligibility only)
- Location: village, mandal, district, GPS (with your permission)
- Content you submit: grievances, photos, voice notes, survey responses
- Contacts: only when you explicitly use the Invite feature

📜 Terms of Service
By using the Yarlagadda App, you agree to our Terms. These terms govern your use of the app, AI services, user responsibilities, content moderation, and limitation of liability.
Highlights
- You must be 18+ for certain civic and political features
- AI responses are labelled and reviewed before publishing
- User-generated content is moderated before it becomes visible
- The app is not affiliated with any political party
- Misuse (spam, abuse, misinformation) may result in account suspension
🗑️ Delete Your Account
You can delete your Yarlagadda App account and all associated personal data at any time — either from inside the app or by emailing us.
How to request deletion
- In-app (fastest): Settings → Account → Delete Account
- By email: Send a request from your registered email to mlasofficegannavaram@gmail.com
What gets deleted
- Account credentials (name, email, mobile)
- Profile information and Aadhaar number (including encrypted backups)
- Location history, blood donation profile, job seeker profile
- Push notification token
- Comments and reactions (anonymised, disassociated from you)
What is retained (and why)
- Grievance records — 5 years (government audit requirement, anonymised)
- Financial records — 7 years (Indian tax law, if applicable)
Timeline: Acknowledged within 7 days · Deleted within 30 days · Backups purged within 30 days of deletion.

The Yarlagadda App follows Google Play's Data Safety requirements and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Data Safety Summary
- Encrypted in transit: Yes (TLS 1.2+)
- Encrypted at rest: Yes (Aadhaar and sensitive fields)
- Data sold to third parties: No
- Users can request deletion: Yes — see the Delete Account section above
- Data shared with government officials: Only for grievance resolution, scoped to your constituency
- AI processing: Only text/images you explicitly submit to AI features are sent to Google Gemini. Aadhaar numbers, passwords, and auth tokens are never sent to any AI service.
