Terms of Service – Yarlagadda App

⚖️ Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Yarlagadda Android app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is operated by the MLA Office Gannavaram for constituent services in the Gannavaram constituency, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

✅ Eligibility & Purpose

The App is intended for residents of the Gannavaram constituency, authorised constituency staff, and government officials. You must be at least 18 years old to:

File a grievance
Register as a blood donor or job seeker
Participate in public interactions or surveys
Access any official role (Staff, Technical Admin, MLA Dashboard)

By using these features, you confirm you are 18 or older.

👤 User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and truthful information.
Do not misuse the App for illegal activities, harassment, or spreading misinformation.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise App security.
Respect the privacy and rights of others.
Do not impersonate any person or government body.
Do not submit content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violates any law.

💬 User-Generated Content & Moderation

The App allows users to post comments, reactions, and survey responses. To keep the community safe:

All public comments are moderated before they become visible.
You can report any comment you find inappropriate using the Report option.
You can block any user whose content you do not wish to see.
Content that violates these Terms will be removed, and repeat offenders may be suspended.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates Indian law or these Terms without prior notice.

📰 Imported Facebook Content (Office-Owned Posts)

The App republishes public Facebook posts that the MLA Office Gannavaram itself has published on its official Facebook page. These are the Office's own posts — not private messages, not posts from other users' profiles, and not third-party news screenshots.

What this content is

Public announcements, event coverage, and development activity updates originally published by the Office.
Imported as News Articles and Development Activities inside the App.
Attributed to the MLA Office Gannavaram as the source.

What this content is NOT

Not private messages or direct messages.
Not posts from third-party profiles or other political pages.
Not copyrighted news screenshots from other publishers.

Appearance in an imported post: If you appear in an imported post and want it removed, email mlasofficegannavaram@gmail.com with a link or description. Removal is processed within 30 days.

🤖 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some features use the Google Gemini API to generate replies, summaries, form auto-fill suggestions, and reel descriptions. AI-generated content is labelled with an "AI-generated" badge.

AI responses are for informational purposes only and may contain errors.
Final decisions (e.g., grievance approval, welfare eligibility) are made by human administrators, not by AI.
The App developer is not liable for actions taken solely based on unverified AI output.
Imported Facebook posts may be processed by AI to categorize them as News Articles or Development Activities.

Data sent to AI: Only the specific text or image you explicitly submit to an AI feature. We do not send your Aadhaar number, password, or authentication token to any AI service.

🇮🇳 Political Content Disclaimer

The App displays content related to the Gannavaram constituency's development activities, including public records, government data, user submissions, and the MLA Office's own public Facebook posts.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or funded by any political party. Any political content is either user-submitted or sourced from the Office's own public posts.

🗑️ Account Termination & Deletion

Voluntary termination: You may delete your account at any time via yarlagadda.best/delete-account.html or by emailing mlasofficegannavaram@gmail.com from your registered email.

Termination for violation: If you violate these Terms, your access may be suspended or terminated. We will notify you via email.

What happens to your data on termination:

Account data, profile info, and Aadhaar are deleted within 30 days.
Grievance records are retained for 5 years (anonymised) for government audit purposes.
Crash logs and analytics are anonymised.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yarlagadda App and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including data loss or service interruptions.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

🔄 Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. The "Effective from" date at the top reflects the latest version.

⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
