By downloading, installing, or using the Yarlagadda Android app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is intended for residents of the Yarlagadda constituency and authorised administrators. You must be at least 18 years old to use certain features (e.g., grievance filing).

👤 User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Do not misuse the app for illegal activities, harassment, or spreading misinformation.
• Do not attempt to reverse‑engineer or compromise app security.
• Respect the privacy and rights of others.

🤖 AI‑Generated Content Disclaimer

Some features use Google Gemini API to generate replies or summaries. AI responses are for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Final decisions (e.g., grievance approval) are made by human administrators. The app developer is not liable for actions taken solely based on AI output.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yarlagadda App and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including data loss or service interruptions.

🔄 Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the app or email.
